Notice:

1. ACTi

a. E97

i. The actual framerate may not reach the setting value under high resolution and

quality configuration. (Camera performance limitation)

ii. The 2

stream’s actual bitrate is higher than settings.(Camera firmware issue)

iii. The function “send mail by event” might fail to attach snapshot under high resolution

(NUUO server limitation)

iv. The motion signal would not stop when disabling motion event if the motion has been

triggered. (NUUO server limitation)

2. Bosch (Mainconsole IP+)

a. VIP X16 XF E

i. Only support G.711 audio codec. (Camera performance limitation)

ii. Snapshot resolution is not correspond to existing profile. (Camera firmware issue)

iii. Multi stream setting might fail due to the limitation of inter-streaming dependency.

3. BrainChild

a. CAM-335E

i. Camera is unable to achieve maximum FPS under main or 2

stream with high bitrate.

(Camera performance limitation)

ii. High resolution and bitrate would cause stream latency. (Camera performance

limitation)

iii. After setting camera parameters , NUUO server cannot get video parameters and

connect camera immediately (Camera performance limitation)

iv. If setting video and audio at the same time, the changed configuration wouldn’t apply

to stream (Camera firmware issue)

v. MJPEG quality value on camera web is different from the value NUUO server display

(Camera firmware issue)

vi. Motion detection does not work when main stream’s format is MJPEG (Camera Issue)
